About the Role
Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-driven UI/UX Designer with 1.5 years of hands-on experience in designing intuitive and engaging digital interfaces. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, a good understanding of user behavior, and experience in wireframing, prototyping, and UI systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements and user needs into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a strong focus on usability
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience
- Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing
- Maintain design systems, UI libraries, and documentation for consistency
- Iterate designs based on feedback and data
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
Required Skills:
- 1.5 years of proven experience in UI/UX design
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
- Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems
- Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Portfolio showcasing UI/UX work and design thinking process
Nice to Have:
- Experience with tools like Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS or front-end basics (not mandatory)
- Understanding of agile development processes
- Exposure to A/B testing, analytics, or user behavior tools like Hotjar or GA
