Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Project Manager with 4+ years of experience to lead and deliver projects across multiple domains. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing timelines, resources, teams, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end project lifecycles across web, mobile, or software development
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and marketing
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and scope
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Monitor progress using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana and prepare regular status reports
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams
• Conduct regular team meetings, reviews, and client presentations
• Ensure quality standards and client satisfaction at every stage

Required Skills:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT, digital, or software development
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field

Nice to Have:

• Certification in PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile methodologies
• Experience working with international clients or remote teams
• Understanding of UI/UX processes and software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Familiarity with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, Figma, and GitHub
