Rajog Enterprises faced challenges in managing their inventory effectively. The goal was to design a seamless inventory management workflow for handling purchase orders, item master creation, and stock distribution using the Rajog Inventory Management system.

Rajyog Enterprises Retail & Distribution
The process began with a Purchase Order (PO) module that allowed the procurement team to create detailed purchase orders. The module ensured accurate recording of item details such as quantity, unit price, vendor information, and delivery dates.
Once the PO was created, the Item Master was updated. This module served as the central repository for all product-related information. Each item in the PO was added to the item master to ensure accurate tracking of stock levels.
Upon receiving goods from suppliers, the system matched the delivery against the original PO. This ensured that discrepancies, if any, could be flagged immediately. The stock was then added to the inventory.
