Developing a Role-Based Hiring Management System

The challenge was to build a dashboard that could cater to different user roles with varying functionalities. Super Admin required full control, Vendor Companies needed the ability to manage job listings and candidates, and Clients needed a simple interface to review candidates.

The 6-month project for HyreFast involved developing a role-based dashboard to streamline hiring for Super Admins, Vendors, and Clients. After development and testing, the platform was successfully launched to optimize the hiring process.

The Solution

Adopted a user centered design approach

Developed role-based access controls to separate functionalities for Super Admins, Vendors, and Clients. Built a job application management system allowing Vendors to post jobs, manage candidate applications, and communicate with Clients. Implemented a user-friendly interface for Clients to view and filter candidates, making it easier to make hiring decisions. Created data tracking and analytics tools for the Super Admin to monitor platform activity, including job postings, candidate statuses, and user interactions. Focused on building a scalable architecture to handle future growth in users, job postings, and candidate data
