About the role
We are hiring a hands-on PHP Laravel Developer to build and maintain client applications, internal tools, admin panels, and integrations for our digital agency. This is a junior developer position for someone who can work on real applications, understand existing code, and deliver reliable features with the team.

What you will do
• Build and maintain Laravel applications, CRM workflows, admin dashboards, and database-driven business tools.
• Develop REST APIs and connect third-party services through APIs and webhooks, including ecommerce, payments, and business systems.
• Design and maintain MySQL tables, relationships, migrations, and Eloquent models; write joins and improve slow queries.
• Implement forms, validation, authentication, role-based access, search, reporting, and CSV/Excel imports and exports.
• Use Laravel jobs, queues, and scheduled tasks for background processing and automation where needed.
• Debug production issues, handle errors safely, maintain logs, and test important workflows before release.
• Work with frontend developers, use Git, and document changes clearly.
• Use AI coding tools where helpful while understanding, reviewing, and testing the code you deliver.

Required skills and experience
• At least 1 year of relevant professional PHP and Laravel development experience; around 1–3 years is suitable. This opening is not for freshers or candidates with internship-only experience.
• Solid PHP and Laravel fundamentals, MVC, routing, controllers, validation, Eloquent, and migrations.
• Practical database knowledge is mandatory: MySQL or PostgreSQL, SQL queries, joins, relationships, and basic indexing.
• Experience building REST APIs and integrating at least one external API or webhook.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Blade, Git, and debugging existing applications.
• Ability to explain your own contribution to a deployed application or substantial client project.
• Currently based in Delhi and able to commute to our office full-time. This is an in-person role.

Good to have
• Ecommerce, payment, shipping, CRM, or Shopify integration experience.
• Laravel queues, scheduled jobs, basic Linux deployment, and automated testing.
