Node.js Developer (Backend)

Responsibilities:

• Develop high-performance server-side applications using Node.js.

• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrations.

• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.

• Collaborate with frontend developers, UI/UX designers, and other team members.

• Optimize applications for speed and scalability.

• Work with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or other databases.

• Implement security and data protection protocols.

• Participate in code reviews and team meetings.

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of professional experience in backend development.

• Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Experience with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

• Understanding of REST APIs, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and third-party integrations.

• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile workflows.

• Ability to write clean, maintainable code with proper documentation.

Bonus Points (Nice to Have):

• Experience with Socket.IO, Redis, or GraphQL.

• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, etc.).

• Experience working with microservices architecture.
