About the Role
Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate Frontend Developer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of web development fundamentals and experience working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery, and CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or similar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert UI/UX designs into responsive and interactive web pages
- Collaborate with designers and backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless user experience
- Maintain and update websites built on CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
- Optimize web pages for performance, speed, and cross-browser compatibility
- Ensure mobile-first and accessible designs using best practices
- Debug and fix layout or functionality issues in existing code
- Keep up to date with the latest frontend trends and technologies
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Experience with Bootstrap 4/5 for responsive design
- Good understanding of jQuery for DOM manipulation and event handling
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Wix)
- Basic understanding of SEO principles as they apply to frontend development
- Version control with Git
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of CSS preprocessors
- Experience working with RESTful APIs
- Exposure to page builders like Elementor, Webflow, or Liquid templating in Shopify
Basic knowledge of cross-browser testing tools
