As part of the Founder’s Office, you will work directly with the Founder to drive strategic projects, optimize operations, and ensure smooth execution across business functions. This role blends strategy, execution, communication, and coordination, offering a front-row seat to the company’s growth and decision-making process.
You will act as a bridge between the Founder and multiple teams—ensuring priorities are tracked, projects move forward efficiently, and insights are turned into action.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Work closely with the Founder to execute high-impact strategic initiatives.
- Conduct market research, analyze business performance, and create actionable plans.
- Support fundraising, partnership, or new business efforts with presentations and documentation.
Project Management & Execution
- Oversee key cross-functional projects from ideation to completion.
- Coordinate with marketing, tech, sales, and operations teams to ensure timelines are met.
- Maintain dashboards, reports, and follow-ups on weekly progress.
Business Operations
- Support process optimization, vendor coordination, and client communications as needed.
- Prepare reports, decks, and analytics summaries for review meetings.
- Assist with internal reviews, goal tracking, and performance reporting.
Communication & Coordination
- Act as a single point of contact for the Founder across internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage meetings, documentation, and ensure follow-ups and decisions are implemented.
- Draft internal memos, proposals, and presentations for clients and leadership.
Special Projects
- Drive new initiatives like business expansion, strategic partnerships, or new service launches.
- Contribute ideas and frameworks to strengthen the company’s positioning and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in consulting, startups, operations, or business strategy (freshers with exceptional drive can apply).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical ability and comfort with data, Excel/Sheets, and research.
- High ownership, problem-solving attitude, and ability to handle ambiguity.
- Someone who thrives in fast-paced, multi-project environments.
