About the Role
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 2 years of experience in managing online campaigns, generating leads, and growing brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be familiar with performance marketing, social media management, SEO, and email campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing strategies across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Optimize campaigns to achieve lead generation, traffic growth, and conversion goals
- Conduct keyword research and on-page/off-page SEO efforts to boost website visibility
- Manage social media content calendars, postings, and engagement strategies
- Run email campaigns and build automated workflows for user engagement
- Track and report performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Search Console
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement campaigns
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and user behavior to improve strategies
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs)
- Familiarity with email marketing tools like Mailchimp, Brevo, or Klaviyo
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager
- Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs and campaign optimization
- Good communication, analytical, and organizational skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or basic HTML/CSS
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Zoho
