Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, and written) across various social media platforms.
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users while cultivating leads and sales.
- Conduct online advocacy and open streams for cross-promotions.
- Develop and expand community outreach efforts.
- Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
- Compile reports showcasing ROI and suggesting improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms, ensuring maximum effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
Qualifications
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Social Media Executive.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants.
- Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), and communication skills.
- Positive attitude, detail-oriented, with good multitasking and organizational ability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
